Why this work
The work is hard. The people are why.
Long days, hard rooms, real stakes, slow wins. The grind of it is not what makes the work worth it. The people are. The hours sitting with elders, with staff, with leaders who keep showing up. The conversations that turn into something months later, sometimes years. Time in service is the reason and the reward.
